If this is proved correct then I believe that Ann is the daughter of John Bustin and Amelia ANN Guion, married in 1821. All the lines on this tree prior to Ann Bustin are subject to confirmation. The IGI film number is no longer on their records and the submission is not documented. We were always told that there was French blood on that line of the family so I am inclined to believe this and include the "possible" ancestors of Ann Bustin subject to confirmation.

Ann married James MOAKES, son of Robert MOAKES and Mercy BUTLER, on 14 May 1837 in St Mary, Lambeth. (James MOAKES was born on 24 Feb 1814 in Lambeth, Surrey and died about Feb 1897 in Southwark, Surrey.)
